Our faith declaration: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit
We believe in one God who exists eternally in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to this earth as the Savior of the world. He died on the cross, shedding His blood for our sins, and made us righteous by taking our sins upon Himself.
We believe that salvation is found only through union with Christ—being buried, raised, and resurrected with Him—dying to the flesh and living in His Spirit as the true image of God. We believe in the second coming of Jesus Christ.
We believe that the true meaning of baptism is an understanding of who we are in Jesus Christ—an inner awareness that Christ lives in us, the hope of glory, and a testimony of our faith in Him. We believe that eternal life is not only a promise after death, but also a reality while we live—experienced through knowing the nature of Jesus Christ and walking in His ways.

Our vision is to raise a generation that knows their identity in Christ, walks in truth, and transforms culture through the inner awareness that Jesus Christ lives in us—the hope of glory.

To prepare servant leaders who carry revival fire, sound doctrine, and a passion for souls wherever God sends them and demonstrate the gospel through action—feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, and providing opportunities for transformation.
Leadership
Founder & Lead Pastor – Ps. Joy Sharmila
Pastor Joy Sharmila was born into a well-versed family with no prior history of ministry involvement. After earning a Master of Divinity and building an excellent career with Fortune 500 companies, she chose to answer the divine call predestined by her Heavenly Father.
Her lifelong passion is to bring the truth of the Gospel to broken hearts and to empower the younger generation by equipping them with the knowledge of Jesus Christ.
Ps. Joy Sharmila carries a deep passion for discipleship ministry, with a vision centred on making disciples, establishing lives in Christ, and raising leaders who will, in turn, nurture and equip others. Her mission is to groom leaders and multiply them, shaping a society that reflects the love and truth of Jesus Christ. Her greatest burden is to impart the inner awareness that Jesus Christ dwells within us—not outside of us—teaching every believer to be mindful of His presence within and to live out the reality of Christ in us, the hope of glory.
Co - Founder – Sis. Mary Shyla
Sis. Mary Shyla believes in transforming lives and communities through the power of the Gospel. Coming from a family with no prior history in ministry, she carries a strong conviction that true and lasting change begins when people encounter Jesus. She faithfully serves alongside Ps. Joy Sharmila, ministering to broken hearts, nurturing them in the Word of God, and preaching the Gospel to the poor.
Having personally experienced God’s faithfulness in areas of financial breakthrough and healing, she passionately teaches others how to walk in the rest and promises of Jesus Christ. She continually equips herself by seeking the deepest truths in the Word of God, unveiling mysteries, and living them out as they are. Her life has been an inspiration to many, helping souls overcome worry and fear through the revelation of true Rest in Christ and the unchanging Gospel truth.

Jasmine Sudha loves seeing the Gospel’s momentum in people and loves bringing hope and change in one’s life through Lord Jesus Christ. She has a great passion to support the under – poverty people and always a monetary support to the broken women. She is the member of Sacred Heart Church, Bangalore

Trustee
Nisha Evangeline loves sharing the redeeming hope of God’s Word. She is thrilled to bring hope to one’s life through Jesus! Her passion is to counsel the youth and those broken families and lead them on the right direction through Lord Jesus Christ. She now finds her forte helping broken women and children find their worth in Jesus. She belongs to ECI church, Coonoor.

Chief Administration Officer (CAO)
Albert Leo is passionate about Jesus Christ and his word. He loves sharing about his experiences with Christ. He loves to serve poor children and is passionate in helping them have the right education that they need. His goals are also to support broken women to take up vocational training to support themselves and their children and to reach out youngsters those who are into addictions and help them overcome from those addiction by sharing the love of God. He is a member and a Worship leader of Noah’s Ark Prayer Centre, Bangalore.

I am passionate in knowing the truth about God and leading the young minds to the truth in Jesus through Counselling, teaching the word of God and guiding them accordingly. I have Dedicated myself in tapping the potential of youth to channelise them to truth and peace. I hold more than two decades of service in the educational sector, as a Teacher, Counsellor, and a Principal, Leading and guiding Children through teaching and counselling.
